OTIS Wins Best Picture at 2008 International DV/HD Festival

OTIS, the provocative black comedy which chronicles an all-American family’s collision with the dark world of a serial killer, took home the award for Best Picture at the 2008 International DV/HD Festival in Los Angeles. In addition, the film was also honored with a Best Actor trophy for Bostin Christopher, who plays the title role and was on hand to accept his award at the festivities.

4-16-08: Whew, what a couple of weeks it’s been. Nothing major happened, just your basic spring cleaning, finishing taxes and a few other lingering items have kept me from much communication and/or “blogging”. But, we are back in the game now so look for upcoming posts related to Otis at the Nashville Film Festival and the Fanogria Horror Convention. Also, it looks like Omaha is all set and I will be one busy camper there this year. Other “fun” items of note as well…  ###

Headed to NYC

4-1-08 - Headed to NYC/Boston tomorrow night. A few days in New York and a day in Boston to see a dear friend’s wedding. While in NYC, I will catch “August: Osage County” which seems to be the hot ticket right now.
