This was a classmate of mine at UNC-Chapel Hill (A year ahead). He was living in Los Angeles, but was sort of unhappy with the way things were going and wanted to take more control of his career. Monday’s Live at the Bike

Well, the Live at the Bike went pretty well last night. I enjoyed myself and look forward to the rest of the week. I was gonna post something yesterday about 9/11 and the fifth anniversay and all, but it’s still a wee-bit to close to my heart at the moment. I am sort of collecting some thoughts on the last five years, bookended by 9/11 and it’s fifth anniversay. I may decide to share them at another time, but for now, I will keep that fire inside…

Me and Live at the Bike…

I will be subbing in the entire week (Sept 11-Sept 15) for David Tuchman at Live at the Bike. For those who don’t know http://www.liveatthebike.com is on M-F 7p-10p Pacific Time and streams real, live, high stakes cash games over the internet. It’s based at the Bicycle Casino in Bell Gardens California. Bart Hanson and David Tuchman are the main commentators for the program. I have become somewhat of a third guy, fill-in when one of them is out. David got a gig doing the colour commentary for the UK High Stakes Poker show and is heading out to London to film.
